weekend

it wasent really productive, but, it was more, "life is worth living" =)

and hooked on a new song, chase holfelder - i want you to want me, i havent been able to stop listening to it since i came home saturday. The subjuct on why, has been hinted on and told in another post i made some time ago. I cant openly discuss it yet.

Side note: getting a new kitchen, side note bad part: in 2 months, atm, i have no kitchen :|

AFK

Yeah, i've kind of gone AFK, MIA, been trying to finish alot of crochet projects, i have a bit to many going on atm on the same time, but i will the comming days post some of them, i just need to finish my crochet box cover for an competition, and after that i will post.

sidenote:
atm. i feel powerless, irritated. 5 weeks vacation of absolutly nothing.

Chain Reaction Afghan Project

...as a b-day gift =)
I used a smaller type yarn, so had to wing it alot. and 3 squares I had to replace cause i couldnt figure them out, but found replacement for them, the danish flag was from start planned to be in it.

One month project =) and another month to be given, now im working on a different shades of blue and white kalediskope blanket, for outdoors.

still need to fígure out my zelda blanket, might have found a different way of making it. I shelved the previous one with mini granny squers, it made me sleepy lol.

Being Different

I applaud for those who dare to stand out from the crowd. To those who don't follow the "Norm" to those who can and are willing to show how beautifull it is to be your self, to create something different something new, to show that you don't have to do or be like everyone else to be accepted. I love you, and to the rest of you, you pack ppl, F - U stop being so freaking scared of things you wish you could do, but others do instead. Stop being so F square, it's the 20th centuary, how come you want to live in stupid times, how come you want to drag ppl down to the bottom with you, you, are stupid, boring and should be locked op, for not accepting difference, for not allowing the creative personalities in this world to show.

Decided that i wanted to do some drawing, was a while ago i did any drawings.
Was listening to TVXQ - Mirotic and a picture poped into my head. Not finished though, will work on it some more, but that might take some time as i have the tendencie to not finish my work.

I've had de background done over a year ago, and today decided to do something about it, so i did.

New yarn project(s)

hehe, as the title says i started one project, got board of doing 2 row granny squares, so i shelved it, until i want to work on it again.

it's an ordered b-day gift for a friend who is a huge Zelda fan.

So then I thought what to crochet now, well this is what i started with

and I ran out of the green yarn, so that i also shelved until i get some more, but, i will redo this one, cause the squares are uneven.

So then i thought what about trying a smaller type of squares and in different colours, so currently i'm working on this

and i like the squares better, the colour is a bit bleh on the picture, the light one is a bit more peach skintone colour-ish.

Both of the entrelac "patches" are going to be outdoor blankets, as we don't have any, and i dont like to bring the ones we use indoors for outdoor.

Experimental crocheted Huge Doily

I was surfing the net for new crochet projects, and i saw a picture of a large crocheted doily as a rug, and i thought i wanted to try that, and so i did, with alot of left over yarn from my granny square blanket and the christening basket.

Not really sure what to use it for, but i might redo the border to fit into a blanket instead. But i think i did a good job, maybe a summer outdoor blanket. I made it with double thread.
